The New America Coalition SuperPAC is built on a simple but powerful idea: when everyday people come together, organize, and share their stories, they can shape the future of this country.
Our strategy is not about politics as usual. It is about building a movement.
1. Identifying New Leaders
Across this country, in Black and Brown communities, there are leaders who have never been given a microphone. Teachers, small business owners, students, parents, organizers — people who understand their communities because they live in them every day.
Our mission is to find these leaders, elevate their voices, and help them step into leadership roles.
2. Training Leaders to Tell Their Stories
Stories move people.
We will train emerging leaders to clearly and powerfully share their personal journeys — their struggles, their victories, and their vision for their communities. These stories will drive connection, build trust, and inspire action.
3. Providing the Tools to Make a Difference
Leadership without tools is limited.
We will equip our leaders with:
– Digital organizing tools
– Social media strategy
– Fundraising platforms
– Voter outreach systems
– Grassroots mobilization techniques
These tools will allow them to organize, communicate, and lead effectively.
4. Listening Tours in Black and Brown Communities
We do not assume — we listen.
The New America Coalition will organize listening tours across communities to understand real needs:
– Jobs and economic opportunity
– Education
– Healthcare
– Public safety
– Housing
We will bring people together to speak, share, and be heard.
5. Building Unity Across Communities
This is not a zero-sum game.
The 1% wants people to believe that if one group wins, another must lose. That is false.
We will show Black and Brown communities that by working together, we can build more power, more opportunity, and more prosperity for everyone.
Division is their strategy. Unity is ours.

We are shifting the paradigm.
This movement is about building a new framework where:

Politicians make promises during campaign season.
